A peek into the DNA of Cancer

In this diagram, we are rendering how the rearrangements of DNA base intervals are interconnected between different chromosomes, thus leading to Cancer. Digital pathologists may scan the entire patient genome and follow through each connection to spot the possible gene ommissions or duplications. Drag the brushes to filter through the genome, double click on the intervals or connections to auto-focus, use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out a certain genome window. This render is recently adopted by the New York Genome Center & Weill Cornell Medicine for the study of Cancer in human Genome Sequencing.
